Meet the Director

Lawrence Brooks FMAAT, CGMA Dip MA

Lawrence is a strategic education finance leader with over 10 years' experience supporting academy trusts across London and the South East. Having worked with more than 100 academies, he has held Interim Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance positions, partnering with CEOs, Trustees and Executive Leadership Teams to strengthen financial governance, improve sustainability and deliver strategic financial leadership.

His expertise spans budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, audit, compliance and business partnering, helping trusts make informed financial decisions with confidence.
